This department is headed by a trained midwife. It is charged with coordinating and providing safe, effective and people-centred healthcare services to all women and men of reproductive age, pregnant women, neonates and infants, adolescents and menopausal women. The activities in this programme are both community- and health facility-based. The following are some examples of activities with the SRH programme of FALCOH:
- Sexual and reproductive health education for adolescents,
- Antenatal and postnatal services,
- Maternity, labour and delivery services,
- Child immunisation and Infant welfare clinic
- Surgical care,
- Nutrition clinic for women and children,
- Family planning services,
- Fertility care,
- Prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV (PMTCT) and viral Hepatitis B,
- Emergency and ambulance service
